Darya was born in Kiev, Ukraine, but immigrated to California with my family at the age of four. Even though she has been here for over 20 years, she has managed to preserve her native tongue, and speaksRussian fluently. Darya graduated from Hollywood High Performing Arts Magnet with honors from the theater program. The performing arts has and will always hold a special place in her heart. Before theater, she was trained in classical ballet, and eventually got into modern jazz, and hip hop. Darya’s love for all thing’spsychology sparked when she started her first year of community college. Since attending her very first psychology course, she knew that that was where her heart belonged.
